Have No Regret
I was on mini vacation in Mumbai at my hometown meeting friends and relatives .
While returning to Delhi had nothing so exceptional to do inflight so started writing this.
Life has been so wonderful since birth looking at positive side of every situation faced had made me something or had given me something to rejoice.
So beginning with this thought of "no regret" I have two situations not mine but someone I know closely.
It was May this year things turned around for Arpit he got a transfer to Jammu from Delhi and was left by his girlfriend for having less income so this was a state of disgust in his life he even went on to try taking sleeping pills to end up his life but somehow was saved by that no regret idea of mine.
I had a talk to him "Arpit do you think your transfer to Jammu is better for your future?". He replied "well of course yes it will give me promotion ". "Then don't regret leaving delhi stop the unnecessary thought hampering your growth " I convinced him with this statement ."about your breakup well did she love you ?". "Well maybe yes ,maybe no " he replied in a grin. "Well what's point in that maybe a year of your relationship you spend time with her family visit her native help her parents gave all what you could in every possible manner yet there remains maybe ?.Is it worth regretting is that what a true relationship is without a fail when you have given your all in it yet there's a doubt about love fact is simple ask anyone does any stranger or maybe best friend too visit her place every week in her absence to look up to her parents loneliness okay well she might define it as your show off chuck that, does her best friend travel out of airport 11pm at night along with his parents just to accommodate or accompany along her parents when he has a flight option in immediate next flight?. Does her best friend or any relative care to elastocrape her twisted leg and support her? Does anyone finds excuses to talk to her without reason ?.Well my friend you have done this all not your loss it's her loss well there are plenty who will earn more than you but there will be only few who ll care like you so have no regret for that doubt instead be happy you did your part it wasn't maybe noticed or maybe there was just a search for perfection rather than affection ". Arpit was happy and smiling he hugged me and was promoted as ACM within 2 months and was paid double his Ex by then .I know this is so easy to tell people and difficult to digest but I did that to Arpit he needed me maybe just a light on his positive aspect.
Life is simple have no regret nice people are difficult to find treasure them Audi can be earned at age of 40 world can be travelled life long material success is not life. Life is choosing wise and humanitarian valued people over rest imperfections.
People who choose good people end up happy
People who loose them end up on the other side some or the other time.
But above all life is to be lived without having regrets and without being egoistic and false proud about things you have they increase burden on brain and ultimately ruin what is called decision power of choosing wise.
Well I am no one to write this philosophy but just a thought in a long 2 hour flight from BOM to DEL
