I was allocated on international flight from Muscat to Mumbai flight landed i completed my external walk around got in cabin she was standing there long hair cutest face and mind blowing eyes I read her batch Naina lead flt attendant "is the cabin ok " I asked her may be in more stern voice than usual "it's ok sir" she replied i went inside cockpit following my usual procedures reading ecam pages i was sitting on first officer seat she came in "would you like to have coffee?" She asked me "yes" I replied surprisingly this was the first time any crew had asked me for a coffee she handed me a filter coffee she was holding one more cup in her hand for herself after completion of my checks I went in cabin I saw her sitting alone as I was about to go out "Amar can you please join me for some time she asked me I replied yes of course Naina we sat together sipping coffee and talking about our professions suddenly she said I think we must catch up regularly I said yes definitely over next few days we met regularly in flight off duty and I was in love with her.
Today
I was gonna confess her my love. We were meeting at airport cafe she had called me saying that she has a surprise for me I thought even she wants to confess ,as I reached she hugged me tightly we were sitting enjoying coffee and talks as usual suddenly she said "Amar,I am leaving for Australia by tonight's flight forever I have secured job in Quantas airways." I was stunned had nothing to say but I gathered myself quickly and said "all the best Naina, don't forget me" she smiled and replied "How can I forget my airport bestie" that's it that's what i was airport bestie I axed my feelings and sat their thinking how stupid I was to feel for someone who just met me a month ago.
